HOW MUCH WILL SERVICES COST?
The cost will vary depending on which therapist you see.
Therapy Services with a Postgraduate Licensed Clinician $160-170 for 50 minute session.
Therapy Services with a Clinical Intern $80 for a 50 minute session.
In addition, you will be receiving a Good Faith Estimate as part of the intake paperwork you will be asked to complete prior to your first session. You can learn further information about the No Surprises Act here.
CAN I USE MY INSURANCE?
Modern Therapy Seattle is out-of-network for all insurance companies.
What this means is that clients pay up-front at time of session (or at the end of that day, when payment is processed). We are able to provide you with a superbill that you may send in to your insurance company. If there is any insurance reimbursement, it goes directly to the client.
Please keep in mind that MTS cannot guarantee any insurance reimbursement. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate coverage and payment.
Additionally,
Dating coaching is not covered by insurance.
Working with an intern is not covered by insurance.
CAN I USE MY HSA OR FSA CARD?
Yes! You absolutely can use your HSA card for psychotherapy services, because we are healthcare providers.
