(Pronouns: she/they)

Clinical Intern

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as we navigate toward your goals together. I strive to create a space that feels affirming, curious, and grounded, where you can explore who you are and how you want to live with greater authenticity and intention.

My work is informed by feminist and queer theory and integrates humanistic approaches such as narrative therapy, along with wellness-oriented and somatic techniques. I enjoy helping clients explore identity, values, relationships, and self-expression, with the goal of fostering a stronger sense of self and deeper alignment with what matters most to them.

As a mixed-race, queer, and neurodivergent clinician, I understand the importance of an intersectional lens and the ways our identities—whether marginalized or not—shape our lived experiences. I am attentive to the unique challenges and strengths that can emerge at these intersections, and I aim to practice in a way that is affirming, inclusive, and socially aware.

I am interested in working with adolescents, adults, and individuals of all relationship structures. I am especially drawn to supporting clients as they explore identity development, sexuality, and relational dynamics, and as they work toward living more full, connected, and values-aligned lives.
